Shipping policy


Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. A shipping confirmation email with tracking details is sent as soon as an order is on its way. Orders are not dispatched on weekends.

New Zealand

  • Free shipping on orders over $75 NZD
  • $10 NZD flat rate on orders under $75 NZD

  • Estimated delivery: 1–4 business days from dispatch

Australia

  • Free shipping on orders over $75 AUD
  • $20 AUD flat rate on orders under $75 AUD
  • Sent via NZ Post/CourierPost (international)
  • Estimated delivery: 3–6 business days from dispatch

United Kingdom

  • Up to 1kg: £20
  • 1–2kg: £30
  • 2–4kg: £55
  • Estimated delivery: 3–8 business days from dispatch

Europe

  • Standard (3–10 business days from dispatch): up to 1kg $45 NZD; 1–2kg $75 NZD
  • Express (2–5 business days from dispatch): up to 1kg $75 NZD; 1–2kg $100 NZD

United States

  • Standard: $59 USD, 3–10 business days from dispatch
  • Express: $120 USD, 1–5 business days from dispatch

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. As a guide, most single-item orders weigh under 1kg.

Rest of world
Destinations not available at checkout may still be possible. Get in touch via the contact page or at info@andersonclothing.co.nz to arrange delivery.

Delivery times are estimates. Courier delays and peak periods can occasionally affect delivery. If something seems off, get in touch at info@andersonclothing.co.nz.

Customs, duties and taxes

Australia
Most orders to Australia arrive without extra charges. If Australian customs applies duties or taxes, these are the customer’s responsibility and aren’t included in the item price or shipping cost.

United States
All duties and taxes are included in the shipping cost at checkout. There is nothing further to pay on delivery.

United Kingdom
For orders of £135 or less, UK VAT is added at checkout. Orders over £135 may be charged import VAT, duties and courier handling fees on delivery. These are the customer’s responsibility and aren’t included in the item price or shipping cost.

Europe and rest of world
Orders may be charged import duties, VAT or other taxes by the destination country’s customs authority, along with courier handling fees, payable on delivery. These are the customer’s responsibility and aren’t included in the item price or shipping cost.

Order tracking

A tracking number is sent as soon as an order ships.

Incorrect address

Please double-check shipping details at checkout. If a parcel is returned to Anderson because of an incorrect address, Anderson will be in touch to arrange redelivery.

Lost or delayed parcels

If an order hasn’t arrived within the estimated window, email info@andersonclothing.co.nz and Anderson will follow it up with the courier.
